    Where is my order?

     

    Follow these steps if your order hasn't arrived or you're having trouble locating it.

    1. Check your confirmation email. Make sure your order was placed successfully and note your order number and estimated delivery window.
    2. Track your shipment. Open your shipping confirmation email and click the tracking link. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to appear after you receive that email.
    3. Verify your shipping address. Log in to your account, go to Order History, and confirm the address on file is correct.
    4. Check around your property. Look near your door, mailbox, and any covered areas. Ask neighbors or check with your building's front desk in case it was accepted on your behalf.
    5. Wait one additional business day. Carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered before they arrive. If it still hasn't shown up, contact us.

    Please report missing packages within 30 days of your estimated delivery date.
